By accessing or using the Phantstore website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Phantstore's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Phantstore at any time.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage the website, the services, or the general business of Phantstore.

• You must not harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights.
• You must not upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.
• You must not perpetrate any fraud or engage in any other conduct deemed illegal.

The materials on Phantstore's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Phantstore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Phantstore allows users to create and join community activities and meetups. By using this feature, you agree to the following additional terms.

Organiser responsibilities: As an activity organiser, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, including dates, location, and participant limits. You must not create activities for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Contact data use: Participant contact information (phone number and/or email) shared during registration may only be used to coordinate the specific activity for which it was provided. You must not use this data for marketing, spam, resale, or any purpose unrelated to that activity. Violation of this rule may result in immediate account suspension.

Participant conduct: You must not register for an activity with false information or with no genuine intent to attend. Repeated no-shows or misuse of the join system may result in restricted access to the feature.

Rate limits: To maintain platform health, we enforce limits on activity creation, join attempts, contact reveals, exports, and bulk messages. These limits exist to prevent abuse and may be adjusted at any time.

Cancellation and withdrawal: Organisers may cancel an activity at any time. On cancellation, all participant contact data is permanently deleted. Participants may withdraw at any time; their contact data is deleted immediately and irrevocably.

No liability for in-person meetings: Phantstore facilitates connections between community members but is not responsible for what occurs at in-person gatherings. You attend activities at your own risk and are solely responsible for your conduct at any meetup.
